Construction acceptance letters are written replies to a construction project proposal letter. In these letters, a construction company basically is told that their designated project has been reviewed and accepted.

Here is a sample of a construction acceptance sample letter:

To,

Mr. Richard Gore,

S & K Construction Company,

77-K, Park Avenue,

Date: September 30, 2016

Dear Mr. Gore,

Subject: Construction project acceptance letter

I am writing this letter from our company, Nations CONSTRUCT Limited, to inform you that the construction project plan you had sent us on 22nd May 2016, has been reviewed and accepted by us.

The project you sent was reviewed thoroughly by us, and we saw that it met our criteria completely and accurately. However, I do hope your project will be flexible for a few renditions and changes to be included in it by us.

We would appreciate the deadline to be met, as we cannot delay our project at any cost. As promised by you, we will be looking forward to the work plan you will send us prior to the project start.

We are attaching our contract with this letter, and we hope for you to read through it and contact us if you have any queries at 354-667-9876. We hope to have a great working experience with you.

Sincerely,

Sam Parker

Manager
