A massage is the best way of increasing the blood circulation and providing relief to a certain area. You can even treat your inflaming bunion by massaging it with warm oil.

Simply take castor, coconut or olive oil and warm them for a minute or two in the microwave. With the help of your fingers, apply some oil on the bunion and massage the area for 8 to 10 minutes. You can repeat the process a few times every day.
