- 4 tablespoons oats
- Small bowl
- 1 egg white (you can even use the yolk)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon plain yogurt
- Crush the oats in a grinder to form a powder.
- Mix the crushed oats with the egg, honey, and yogurt in a bowl. If you have oily skin, add a few drops of lemon juice.
- Apply this paste on your face and leave it on for 20 minutes.
- Wash off with lukewarm water.
- Towel dry, by patting your skin lightly. Repeat these steps once a week to see visible changes on your skin.
