To cancel your booking before you make the final payment, you will be refunded, unless you have made a booking with a specific promotion that states it is re-fundable. To check and see if the booking you have made is refundable or has a cancellation penalty, log in to the website www.carnival.com and click on ‘My Cruise Details’. In this, select the ‘Is there a penalty for cancelling this booking’ link.


Refunds will be made 60 days prior to sailing.
